The free generator does not send us any data: everything you type into it is processed locally in your browser.
3. Single purpose
Data submitted through the form is used exclusively to answer that request. It is never used for advertising, never sold and never shared for other purposes.
4. Recipients
Form submissions are stored in our own secured workflow database (hosted in the EU) and replies are sent through our transactional email provider. No transfers outside the EEA take place except those strictly necessary for email delivery, covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@aidisclosekit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD — aepd.es).
6. Security
Forms are protected against bots and code injection, submissions are validated on the client and again on the server, and data is stored with access restricted to the site owner.
